Developer Tools: Integration capabilities for developer workflows
Service Nature
Boss AI is a private personal assistant service. Your communications with Boss AI are intended for your personal use and are processed privately as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Important: Boss AI is an AI system and may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected responses. You are responsible for verifying important information and decisions.
Paired Communication Security

Your Phone ↔ YOUR Boss AI Phone: Your phone number can only communicate with your assigned Boss AI phone number
Your Email ↔ YOUR Boss AI Email: Your email can only communicate with your assigned Boss AI email address
Enforced Isolation: Communications from unauthorized numbers or addresses are automatically rejected
No Cross-User Access: Other users cannot access your Boss AI, and you cannot access theirs
This security model prevents unauthorized access and ensures your privacy.
Eligibility and Account Requirements
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use xSwarm services. Users between 13-17 must have parental consent.
Account Registration
To use Boss AI, you must:

Communication Charges
Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply for SMS and phone communications. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier or internet service provider.

Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance
Emergency Maintenance: May occur without notice for critical issues
No Guarantees: We don't guarantee specific uptime or response times
Response time: Within 48 business hours for support inquiries
Priority support available for higher-tier subscriptions
Service Limitations
Boss AI has limitations including:

Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of all content you provide to Boss AI through communications. By using the service, you grant xSwarm a limited license to process your communications solely to provide the service.
Important: As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your communication content. We process it in real-time only.
xSwarm Intellectual Property
All xSwarm intellectual property remains our property, including:
The xSwarm platform, software, and services
Boss AI system, algorithms, and models
xSwarm trademarks, logos, and branding
Documentation, interfaces, and designs
Any content we create or provide
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use xSwarm services for their intended purpose during your subscription. This license terminates when your subscription ends.
AI-Generated Content
Responses generated by Boss AI are provided for your use. However, AI-generated content may not be unique and similar content may be generated for other users. We make no claims of copyright or ownership over AI-generated responses.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and usage practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

Liability Limits

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim

Exceptions
These limitations don't apply where prohibited by law or to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless xSwarm, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use or misuse of xSwarm services

Your violation of any rights of another party
Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
Content you provide or actions you take using Boss AI
Service access continues until end of current billing period

Termination by xSwarm

Class Action Waiver
You agree that disputes will be resolved individually, not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. This class action waiver is essential to this arbitration agreement.
Jurisdiction

Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and xSwarm regarding use of our services.

Waiver

xSwarm is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or third-party service outages.
